Starbucks Coffee - Lake Zurich

Clean and friendly Starbucks! Bathroom at the front of the store. Had made my mobile phone order drink in less than 5 minutes. Many indoor seating and outdoor seats looked really nice (from when the temperatures allow), including outdoor roof cover.

Jason is a spectacular worker. After entering through the journey and ordering drinks for two of the three passengers, we rolled to the window that did not look like such a rejuvenating interaction. Jason noticed this discrepancy between the two drinks to three passengers and decided to take it on himself to give us an extra drink for free. Not only was he very energetic and friendly, but he even wrote a happy little message on the drink that really made our day. Jason as a worker deserves recognition of Starbucks and I hope he gets it.

I went three times in the last two months to go through this starbuck. I always leave in a happy mood because the person who works the drive-through window is so high and friendly. I only noticed that he marked my drink with my name and presented it with brilliant. I like to order a large ice cream coffee with a vanilla pump and 2% milk.

So a happy place! I feel like all the lattes could use more espresso for the price, but it is convenient and I love their points system. I feel like I regularly free coffee

I went there twice this week and the staff was the friendliest I've ever seen! I've been to dozens of Starbucks around the country and I was delighted that everyone here seemed genuinely happy to be there, more so than I've ever seen! Thanks!
