Papa Johns Pizza - Lake Wales

Terrible delivery service. They took three hours to get pizza a our house that was 5 min away. Everytime I called they had an excuse. The problem is the wait tell ppl the real wait time and maybe you have so manyad customers. Wish I could have taken awaymy tip online.

The garlic stuff crust with the meats was very good

It sucked worries time ever I was told inwas getting a refund nothing been 3 days nowFirst it took 2 hr to get my food it was cold the pizza was supposed to been a ultimate there was chewy and had no chessr in the crust it was horrible

Other Papa Johns have been fine but this location is notoriously bad. 9/10 times your order won't be correct, items will be missing or the food will just look really bad. Things are frequently undercooked and the employees see but don't care. I can eat Papa Johns anywhere else with no issues but this location will TEAR your stomach up. I've also had an an 8-9 year old child/little girl cash me out at the register here before.

First time ordering from this location and I'm really disappointed. I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza, nothing crazy, and they managed to get my order wrong and just gave me a plain cheese pizza. I was pretty bummed because it took 45min to get the pizza delivered to me. And the delivery driver wasn't even a papa Johns employee!! It was a door dash driver I don't even have a doordash account and I believe they overcharged me with doordash prices. Super upset to have paid so much for a plain cheese pizza, which was not what I ordered. Might not order from here again. :
