Qdoba Mexican Eats - Lake Stevens

Used to be good here.. I don?t know what happened. I got a bowl and the rice was undercooked and crunchy, the lettuce was wilted, chicken was so chewy? 15minutes later I ran straight to the bathroom? My stomach has never been this upset before. What a shame.

Dirtiest restaurant I?ve ever seen. No straws, or utensils out, half the soda flavors are out. No ice from the soda machine so they went to the back to get ice for my drink. I will never be back to this location. Leaving a review in hopes, a gm or corporate will fix it. Seriously could make people sick, the kitchen is filthy.

I don?t normally leave bad reviews but for this, I had to share my experience. I got a vegetarian burrito bowl and it made me sick. I didn?t even eat half of it because it had zero seasoning and just tasted so bad. I?ve never experienced such a terrible Qdoba. On top of that, the staff had me waiting before I was helped when the restaurant was empty. When I asked the person helping me how his day was going he said ?eh? it could be better.? It was incredibly awkward and I did not know how to reply. I was planning on dining in but the environment felt uncomfortable so I left. I will not be going to this location again.

Waited for over 30 minutes from the time my mobile order was placed until the time I got my food. I was waiting inside for a while before I was acknowledged by anyone. I understand being swamped, but the reason I ordered mobile was to get in and out faster than those who order at the counter. My food did hit the spot though, thus the 2 stars. Would return, but absolutely won?t use mobile ordering again.

Went tonight to grab some burritos for the kiddo and myself. First bite of the steak burrito and got a strong sour bite. Cut it into half trying to figure out what was causing the sour taste but couldn?t figure it out. Ended up tossing all three burritos. Disappointed.
