Mito Japanese Steakhouse - LAKE PLACID

Eating is terrible! Unfortunately, it is not japanese or steakhouse, more like a Chinese restaurant with low end. their sushis are disgusting. the spicy mayo that they put in their rolls, tasted like cheese. the sashimis were crispy ice-free (i.e. their fish is not fresh) the teriyaki tofu was not properly cooked. overall it is beyond bad. the service is mediocre. I did not recommend this place to all.

The food was decent. the service was really bad. the waitress gave us all the time an evil attitude. would not go there again. they want to be able to enjoy eating wit a good service and maintenance. is not recommended.

Delicious meal. Both chinese wonton, dumolinh, beef brocoli) and japanese sushies). Place a bit old but don’t get misguided by it.

Lucy is the best, she really understands service and what guests need. Their food is great! Very quick service and amazing taste. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely go back.

Food was okay at best. The sashimi and nigiri was good. My wife almost choked on a large piece of plastic in her miso soup. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done to compensate for it. Charged us 95$ for the meal and so I did not tip at all (unfortunate for the server) but definitely not worth the money I paid. Absolute garbage customer retention skills, and huge safety concern.
