Fresh Kitchen - Lake Mary

Decided to give them a second chance today and place my order. I payed for express delivery and Doordash did great, but once again Fresh kitchen decided to not check the ticket and the Paleo Cookie Pack was not in the sealed bag. Its not even about the Cookies, just the fact that for the second time something is wrong with my order is crazy. Needless to say I wont be ordering again. Very disappointing! I ended paying $31 for a plate of brown rice, cauliflower mash, steak, and cold broccoli.... At least the cookies would of helped, lol!

Like a subway with home cooked healthy options. Get some califlower mashed potatoes and baked fried chicken or grilled if you prefer. So many combinations, so many options. Have something different every time.The people are all really upbeat and friendly.

I went to Fresh Kitchen for the first time last week. I was not familiar with the routine, how to pick the ingredient's, etc. I asked the first employee in line how to go about it and he said just look at the signs. So I looked at the signs and that caused people behind me to wait. He was aggravated, you can tell, and almost flung the rice in the bowl. I moved on and when I got to the end of the line, they asked me about the sauces. I asked if they were extra. The lady was very rude and said, look at the sign. I almost walked out but decided to try the food anyway. The food was good but I'll never go back there again. Very POOR staff.

Best food ever! Always fresh and super great customer service. Management are fantastic. Great company to work for. My son works there and he gets treated with respect and he has learned so much there and has strong ethics. Highly recommend this place in every aspect.

Staff seemed annoyed with me as a first time customer…the girl was yawning, dude kept asking me to read the menu..food was so so and not worth the $15. It was an average meal. Paying extra for tomatoes ? Maybe the guacamole, but $2 for a mini scoop seemed like I got cheated. Put some nice people behind the counter -do a fake smile as far as I’m concerned, but don’t be rude.Go to Cava and see what they’re doing…copy them ! LOL
