Smoothie King - Lake Katrine

When I worked in Kingston I used to go there sometimes it was fine. Tonight however, I was in town, grabbed a medium Angel Food on my way home. Drank about half before I started to get sick to my stomach. Within 5 mins of being home I puked up the smoothie. Idk if the milk was bad or something else in the drink but now my whole night is my stomach feeling like bubbles

Changing my review as i promised. The service is back to normal and no more issues with the orders.

Yet another place in Kingston that can’t get orders right. I got charged for extra toppings for my AÇAÍ bowl and the toppings were never added. The lady working also seemed like she clearly didn’t want to be there and gave the most depressing customer service ever. I’ll just continue to go to TURN UP THE BEET on Broadway because they actually get your order right and are friendly there unlike this place. This was on April 17th 2023 around 10am.

Come here very often so i dont have to stop home to get a protein shake. Usually very tasty and protein packed smoothies. However, id say 1 out of every 5 smoothies come out all chunky and taste like water. Today this happened to me and i was looking forward to the smoothie after my workout. Very friendly staff, but today the smoothie just wasnt it. It actually tasted like ice/water.

Is it not possible to give less than one star? Got 2 PB Drizzle smoothie bowls and it looked good at the counter. Started eating it to realize there's no smoothie, it's just some liquid açaí and ice chips in it. As it's just liquid and ice the bowl was actually just filled with granola. So we paid over $27 for $2 of granola and $2 of fruit? At most! It was gross and infuriating, everything is so expensive so you pick and choose your treats but then you get fleeced like this. Definitely won't go back and wouldn't recommend it either.
