El Pollo Loco - Lake Elsinore

I went thru the drive thru at this Lake Elsinore location on Collier Ave. Ordered a 25 piece family meal from the menu for $25.00, legs and thighs. When I got home, I only had 14 pieces, so I called and spoke to Mario (Mgr) and explained the situation. His response was that they don't have a 25 price meal. I asked him, then why is it on your menu? He said they have a 14 piece meal for $27. So I asked, why didn't the girl at the window or on speaker correct me or say you no longer have the 25 piece meal. His response, I don't know! I let him know I would be contacting corporate office and he said...okay. Really, this is how you take care of your customers when you are clearly in error.

Very nice staff. there was no soap in the bathroom and the girl dropped everything and got it replaced quickly and she thanked me too.

I love this place, never have a problem, they are fast, polite, and get my order exactly. Do not normally leave any reviews, but had simply the best meal in a dae! lol thank you!

Came here with my mom and tried the new Double Queso Quesadilla and omg. First bite... so freaking good. And the avocado salsa is legit to die for. They say it's made fresh and boy does it taste like it is. Definitely coming here for more of that salsa. Grabbed some churros before we left, they were meh, definitely lacking in the sugary goodness that is sugar and cinnamon but they were still okay. Sad they took the flan off the menu imho but oh well.
