Krystal - Lake City

My guy loves Krystal burgers. Unfortunately, there are no locations near us so when trav3, and we found this location, he was delighted. The burgers were just as he remembered!

Building was clean. Staff was polite and efficient. Food was fresh and hot.

Cheyenne was the manager, cashier and drive-thru cashier. She is extremely pleasant and courteous. Everyone I spoke with was the same. Even the two men making the food. Food was hot and fresh. I almost had the place to myself, only another man eating in and an unfriendly walk in who ordered and left. The best part was watching and talking to Cheyenne. She was not your typical grumpy worker. She was doing 3 jobs and in a very charming way. Anyone else would have been rude because they were doing more than thier one job. She was not. Wish more people were like her and her crew that day.

I ordered tonight about 8pm. I was only person in line. I ordered a #1 with cheese. Everything was cold,buns were hard and fries were still a little frozen in the middle. Nothing was fresh. I won't be back.

Absolutely disgusting. I visited today and was blown away by what was clearly the manager of the restaurant. She was dealing with a repairman, and walking around the area where food was being prepared patting the back of her head with her hand. Maybe trying to make her hair flatter, I don’t know but, this is something that needs to be addressed in the bathroom or outside, not around the food that is being prepared for customers.
