The Cooperage American Grille

The Cooperage is a loud restaurant with upper scale food choices. I had the skirt steak and Ceasar Salad. The steak was good and salad was OK. The Brussel sprouts were really good. But the service was spectacular. Really on point. Donna our server was exceptional. Even the bussers were on point. Loved their cocktail selectional as well.

We had dinner. The service was poor and the food mediocre. My wife’s steak and fries was undercooked she had to send it back to be cooked a little more and the fries were lukewarm. I had the filet, which was great, but it came with lukewarm mashed potatoes. Our daughter had the pasta bolognese which surprisingly lacked flavor. We requested salt and pepper and when it eventually showed up, it didn’t help a lot. The kicker was tasteless bread we had to pay for. How hard is it to get good bread in this area?

My family (6 adults, 2 infants and 1 toddler) came for dinner tonight. It was a very busy night there and we did not have a reservation. The hostess met us with a smile and was so accommodating. I believe her name is Isabel. Most hostesses would have looked at our three small kids and our large group and turned us away. She went above and beyond to find us a table to fit our large group and all the while with a smile on her face. We had Donna for a server and she was excellent. The food is great. Cocktails are delicious and the staff go above and beyond

Great location but this establishment lacks identity. It has a bar with sports TVs but no audio…. Service was great but the food was ok. I’ll be back to give it another shot

The bartender Sam was exceptional! Sharp, very pleasant and always smiling. I would definitely recommend sitting at the bar for dinner and drinks.
