Bidrage med feedbackI think every time the service and eating is old, terrible and wrong. my last visit. the bank was so high on something and could not even count properly. order was wrong, then again wrong through the trip by 3 times. if that's okay, but more and more. I loved tamokbell, now I'm never gonna go again and that sucks.
Horrible service, no matter what time of day it is they always take a long time to make orders and often forget items.
My friends and I stayed here on the way to visit some friends at purdue. we ordered inside for the kiosks, as there was no one to take our order at the theke (which is not a big thing), but I have waited at the end an hour and 5 minutes for my food come out. I worked at the Taco bell, so I can sympathize with the employees when times are stressful, but there is no reason with about 5 or so employees that it should take. it seemed that the drive thru line concentrated on running gear thru suspensions as well as and totally ignore dunes in disorders. on the plus side my order was correct and it tasted good. the personal was also beautiful, so ill stick with 2 stars. I know that higher ups are strict about driving times, but I can't imagine that they are less strict abs with customers waiting an hour for food.
Ebony and jade were amazing and have our orders perfect! I have a hard time in this place, but these two made it so easy and they were so beautiful! I will soon go to this area and I will definitely drive to this place safe and always!
Horrible customer service. The drive-thru is almost always shut down. The one time I get there and it's not closed, they are only taking orders from an individual on one side of the building, opposite the drive-thru box, and since I entered the drive-thru from a different direction I was forced to drive around the building and once doing so, the individual who was taking orders, said their signal was bad and they couldn't get a signal on their tablet to take my order. I waited quite a while while they went inside to try to fix the issue. When I drove around the building to speak to someone through the drive-thru, once it was empty, I was met with very harsh and disrespectful greetings from an employee who was working the drive-thru. They very aggressively told me that I couldn't be there and I need to go around. When I tried to explain to them what was going on and why I had come to their window, I was met with more disrespect and aggression which caused me to ask for a manager. The manager who initially came to the window, I'm told was called Sean. I'm not sure if that was his actual name or false name given, however he was not very helpful or apologetic about it and simply in a more calm manner told me he couldn't help me. even though they were not able to help me when I was at the designated area and he told me to Simply drive back around to the other area. It wasn't the issue of driving to the area outside of the drive-thru, it was the horrible way I was spoken to by the previous person and then his nonchalant attitude about the whole situation. I then spoke with another manager, a female, who seem to be much nicer and had a much more professional manner about her. I explained to her what was going on and that I would not hold up their drive through any longer with my complaint, but informed her that the young lady, and I use that term politely (because she had to be in her mid to late forties), was very rude and disrespectful in the whole time that the manager is speaking to me she is in the back yelling about me and being rude threatening to call the police if I don't get out of their drive-thru. Mind you I was respectful the whole time. I want to emphasize I did not yell or curse or even speak with a bad attitude. I merely wanted to be heard as a customer and treated with respect. I thanked the last person I spoke to and promptly left the drive-thru so that I would not hold up any other people, but I promised that I would make sure that corporate understood the treatment I received. This was not the first time I or other people I know have encountered bad service at this location. It is absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have been to in a while. And as a side note, I was told by someone else who works there that the only reason they are taking orders outside of the drive-thru, is the trick the timing system into thinking they're making good time when they're assisting customers. Another good example of how well they actually take care of their customers.
