Pizza Hut Express - Lafayette

Service wasn't the best, the food took forever, and the cleanliness of the restrooms were absolutely horrible.

Very disappointed in our pizza order. Was delivered in a timely manner, pizza however was horrible. Ordered 2 larges, when they arrived the had a 2 inch bare crust completely around them. Would have barely made a good medium pizza. If this is not corrected, we will stop eating Pizza Hut!!!!!!!

This is the most Horrible service I have had. I'm so sick of the workers there not following directions. I asked for extra sauce and they give me a pizza with barely any sauce at all. It's so fucken disgusting that you can't get what you ask for. I don't care that it was late night. I can tell how the pizza looked that it was not freshly done and they did not honor my request. I asked for HAND TOSSED and this pizza is paper fucken thin. They gave me what they wanted to because they didn't feel like doing their job. As a company you have to have ppl in place with better work ethics. Especially if people are spending there money.

This will be my last experience with this restaurant because it takes far too long to receive my order, and I often find myself being overcharged for items I never receive. When I brought my concerns to the manager, he told me there was nothing he could do to address the issue. I suppose I can at least expect to get my order without having to work for it, but I've had enough at this point.

I'm not usually a fan of fast food pizza, but this place has impressed me, and their pizza has definitely improved compared to what I remember from a few years ago. Like many pizza chains, you can easily order online for pickup or delivery if you're in their service area. We've chosen this location a few times, and it's consistently delivered great quality for the price. The garlic option on the pizza crust is incredibly addictive, and if you love crust with extra flavor, this is the perfect choice. My kids also love the cheese sticks here. The pizzas have always been hot, accurate, and ready at the promised time—honestly, what more could they do, aside from giving them away for free? Lol. Enjoy!
