I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. My steak was served cold, despite ordering it medium well it was cooked well done with a small slice in the middle. It seemed like someone had checked it and sent it back out. The potato was hot and the bread was warm, but the steak was a major letdown. I only ordered it because my previous experience was great, but this time everything was off. The toppings on the potato were also messed up, with one missing. I could have dealt with an undercooked steak, but not an extremely overdone and dry one. I would have returned it if given the option.
I ordered the Bone-In Ribeye steak, which is supposed to be their best cut, but it was not tender and lacked flavor. The Aussie fries were undercooked and the Bloomin Onion was also underdone. My order of Sydney Shrooms was missing entirely. Despite spending nearly $75, the food was terrible. I was only given a $24 refund, which is unacceptable. This will be my last time ordering from Outback Steakhouse. It's disappointing that they would send out such low-quality food without any regard for their customers. Where is the quality control? What a waste of my money!
My order was initially missing my soup. They sent me soup afterwards. Then I discovered the same order was missing the sauce for my coconut shrimp. The food just isnt the same when certain times are missing.
I ordered a bloomin onion and it came burnt for the second time in a row. My prime rib had no flavor at all. Same with my asparagus. Major disapp and waste of money. Wish I could return it all. The only good thing was good thing was the bread and sweat potato
