Subway - Lackawanna

I was told its not working i wonder why the red light is on ??? Does it make any sense turning it on when it not working??? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would have to say this is the worst subway I have been to Food tasted old and stale bun was soggy no taste at all. Use washroom and no soap the lady working there said ran out The food is just bad there avoid Service: Dine in Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This has to be the worst subway I went to. My husband and I came and ordered 2 footlong subs and it was disgusting. The turkey breast, bacon and the brisket was not fresh at all. It felt soggy. The lady at the counter who made our subs didn't even say hi or speak a word to us. There is no soap in the soap dispenser in the washrooms. I look at other reviews even some from a few days ago and they also wrote there's no soap! That's disgusting. This seems like they haven't filled the washroom with soap in a while. We will NOT be coming back here again. Poor customer service and not hygienic plus the food is not fresh and disgusting.

Worst subway service ever. Girl at the counter was condescending and stated we only put 3 tomatoes in foot long and they put an extra one for us despite of asking extra veggies. The footling was dry till the edges. Washroom did not have soap in the dispenser and upon asking the girl took me to the kitchen to wash hands. The girl at the counter refused to fix the sub upon asking. Will never recommend this location to anyone. Served a rock solid dry Sub and bread seemed stale as well.
