The Rock Wood Fired Kitchen - Lacey

Our server was amazing and very apologetic due to very slow service. Took over 75 minutes from the time I entered until I received the pizza we ordered. Took another 20 minutes to get a burger that we ordered. Unfortunately it happened to be a different burger than what we ordered. An apology was given and the server said she would have the manager speak to us even though I did not ask for him to. The server then went talk to the manager who I noticed was the same individual that seemed very upset with the hostess when I arrived when she asked him about seating us. The manager never attempted to address any issue by coming to our table. The server brought my check and I paid for everything to include the food that was incorrect, without issue. We then left but one of the kids had to go back and use the restroom. The manager had came out to the floor but upon seeing me re-enter he immediately turned around and walked to the back. I cannot stress enough how excellent the server was with the overall service. The manager, I cannot say the same. I've been here a dozen times before but this will probably be my last. I've never seen such slow service (and receive food I didn't order) without a manger just speaking to a customer(s) to assure them that their service matters. At least the pizza was good. I wish I could say the same about the burger, but I never got it.

Normally faster service but this time only 1 food server in the bar. But the food was great when it finally came.

Ladies Day Out and we ate lunch at The Rock prior to our movie. The music is on the loud side for a group lunch, but the food and exceptional service made up for it.

Our server was very good, friendly but not overly, good balance, good memory, even when the half salade came out incorrectly, she saw to it that the chicken was walked out to us. Good burger for me. Our volleyball team and coaches also came in at the same time. Solid performance folks. Keep up the good work. Realy like the sliding partitions in the bench seating areas, so they expand.

Horrible. Waited an hour for food and no one in restaurant. Then when I tried to eat my food it just fell apart in my hands.
