Ricky's All Day Grill Lac La Biche

Avoid at all costs. Noisy, loud and right downtown.

For a very small town like Lac La Biche it was nice to see a well-known chain. The service was excellent to die the truffle friars. Had given a higher star rating, but the pasta was much over-done and the bread on my sandwich was stale. Review the server that makes us a fresh cup of coffee for the rest of our long trip. Other breakfast restaurants could learn from Ricky 's and fantastic coffee as they do!

Lunch for two at 2:30 on Friday. Order: two Southern Style Chicken one with onion rings and the other with French fries. Pros: not crowded on all good part of food: Southern Style Chicken with onion rings the chicken was tasty and saw fresh good amount of meat on the plate: 5 pieces chicken breast precious interior with stain glasses, forged iron and wood working clean cutlery decent price: $33.57 for these two dishes only precious ceramic mosaic jobs in toilet interiors Negative: bad part of food: the onion rings were frozen the tomato sauce had a terrible non tomato flavor even the place was not overfilled few tables with dirty dishes from previous customers remained about 20 minutes until someone cleaned the purity of the interior was not the best: wooden table surface not very cleaned, some dust on forged iron handrails and Wainscots toilets cleaning 6 of 10 few styrops

Went here today and the service was absolutely ridiculous! There were 6 of us in total, 4 of us ordered clubhouses and it took over an hour for our food to come. My fiance had the fish and chips and it was soggy, the fries were cold, the coleslaw was over dressed and the gravy was clumpy. The waitress asked AFTER we received the bill how the food was, she told her it was disgusting and the server didnt have anything to say. We will never go back to this resturant again.

I was at the restaurant on Sunday, it was a lIttle busy. The food and service was fine. But the management was downright unprofessional, loud and rude. Manager Alka appeared out of the blue while i was just starting to enjoy my meal and starts talking about totally irrelevant matters. Her nature was highly egotistical. In additition, what took me aback was her insane disrespect towards her own staff and her compulsive controlling nature. We heard her literally yell at her staff. No wonder the managemnt sucks primarily because of her and lack of staff due to her inability to mange her staff with minimum due respect. She has no sense of customer service, management or even basic humanity.
