El Pollito Express - La Vergne

This restaurant is a hidden gem! I am a self-proclaimed taco connoisseur and I must say that they did not disappoint. Indeed, authentic Mexican food at it’s best! I ordered a beef taco that I ate while I waited for my Enchilada dinner (menu item #11, pictured). The taco was so good that I didn’t get to take a picture. I love that they have a drive thru which I will use you next time. My new favorite Mexican restaurant!Parking: Convenient and plenty of parking.

I ordered the pollo asado.. should be a grilled chicken plate make your own taco with.. i got a burned piece of chicken wing, drumstick and all dark meat with bone.. the beans were definitely from a can and not authentic.. wasted $10 just to trash it!!Food: 1/5

Very good food. The torta de Al pastor was amazing. I also got a sope but that was just ok. Definitely get the torta
