Ihop - La Plata

Went today (a weekend). Food and service was on point. Manager was visible and truly wanted to make sure the experience was a good one and it totally was. Thanks to our server Carlos as well. He was very intuitive and we never had to ask for anything including drink refill.

Service here has gone downhill in the last two years. Server actually argued with my daughter over bringing an incorrect side and then never checked on us again after bringing the rest of the meals out for our party of 4 adults. It was a Thursday afternoon and not busy at all so there really was no excuse for the lack of even one follow-up visit.

Great restaurant, very neat and clean! Great food and fantastic service EVERY time!

It was crowded. But it was worth the wait Food was so good and the Manager and the staff. Was so professional. Will be back.

I took 2 of my 3 sons there for dinner and my son asked for a glass of water to have with his meal. He took a sip and then noticed that pulp was floating around in the glass. I guess clean dishes aren 't that important. I reached out to management and the response was okay, I 'll make sure all of our glasses are clean from now on . Now that 's customer service....sad.
