The restaurant is run by the admirable 22-year-old Ninneth. I was very impressed by her age, passion and offer. She showed us the kitchen and took time to explain everything to us. The chill area on the back, the music and its sweet smile made the whole culinary experience wonderful. Most vegetables come from an organization of women farmers who grow organic products. The lunch offer (veggie bowl plus the soup of the day is a lot (35 Bs. We have a beet soup and had the opportunity to fill with hummus, seeds and bread. Including as much cold tea as you want. For main courses we chose the hippie peel (Chinoa, hummus, tomatoes, sweet potatoes and avocado and the quinoa berry (red bread, avocado, hummus, salad and baked vegetables). As a desert we had a Chaí ice cream with Coco. So delicious! It is possible to buy there a menstruation cup, nutritional yeast and some other interesting products.
