Cafetería Del Día - La Lastrilla

This afternoon, August 21, the waitress who had short gray hair was very unpleasant and the TERRIBLE service asked me 3 times hidden behind a mirror at the bar what I want and when she could, the coffee with milk brings it to me already served from the coffee maker without knowing that she has put me in the coffee when it has to be served as they do in the worst tavern in Spain where they serve everything in front of the customer... and when I put the money on the table to pay for it she goes and takes it for me from the table when I told her that it was that I was paying her for not taking the diameter of the bar... one very rude and the two times I've gone very bad service the same and one rude. I will never go back again... one client less than we have had to go to another hotel to ask for a room.

If I could have evaluated without putting stars I would have done it because they don't deserve even one! We arrived before 9am to have breakfast, we ordered at the bar (a coffee, a colacao, two toasts and a tortilla skewer) they told us that we had to wait a bit for the tortilla skewer to come out. At 9:30 we asked and it turns out that we had to place the order again because they had not done anything and they also told us that they had already said that the skewer would come out at 9. Sorry???? It was 9:30 a.m.!!!!! And still waiting for what we had ordered. Incredible. Terrible attention!!! Of course WE WILL NOT RETURN.
