I have been a customer at this point for 3 years and have only positive things to say about the staff. The cupcakes are amazing and sprinkles is separated from all holidays and celebrations in my house. Helpful tips for an excellent Sprinkle experience: 1. Please make sure you download the Sprinkles app as it is the best way to order! Or order from your laptop. 2. Order before time. 3. Request Curbside pickup at the checkout as they put it in your trunk for contactless pickup. 4. Be patient and attentive during busy times.

Sprinkles has resigned well for the COVID era! While I was at work today, I developed a Hankering for cupcakes. It seems nowadays that you have your order either online, via app, or by calling that honest is dangerous because it obliges you to drive anywhere. Pay attention to the order from the Sprinkles website via an Iphone! They first said that an hour was booked, so I checked 1.5 hours later. The site has not blocked me, so I was afraid of what cupcakes I wanted and continued to check. The website seemed to grind back and never processed my payment or confirmed my order. It went back to the order page where I asked to choose my cupcakes. After some crazy hits of refreshment, it said the time slot for picking was full. I was destroyed. Next option I tried to call the store directly. No answer for about 5 minutes. I had to return to a working meeting at that time, but was not destroyed. The app next! Downloaded, Set up account and voila! Cupcake choices! For some reason, did they not have so many taste options about the app as if I chose online? Whatever the case, I chose my cupcakes, and yes! Why do you ask the 5 stars about this traumatic order? Because the pick-up was a breeze I went to the branch, and when I called on the phone, the employee noticed me, asked about my order name and brought out the cupcakes less than 30 seconds. Because the cupcakes are still heavenly and exactly the right quantity sweet. Just on the floor while physically in the store? The beautiful cupcakes are no longer displayed in the shelves to admire.

Cupcakes are great. They are made fresh daily and have a lot of taste. I usually come for the red velvet cupcake because they are my weakness. The cupcakes are always moist, and the freezing is just delicious. Only below is the cup cakes are a little expensive, but still worth it.

A little bit challenging to order through the Sprinkles Now App, but the carrot cake cupcake from this location was delicious! They had our online order ready right on time. They are doing curbside pick up with no one entering the store during the pandemic. Everyone felt safe and comfortable.

Sprinkles employees have the best customer service! I order on the app now at least 20 minutes before. When I get there I just call the phone number on their door. And homemade cupcakes from scratch! I told my friend, I feel like they're cupcakes like from a fairytale
