A beautiful little neighbourhood tearoom with a cosy, vintage vibe. <br/ <br/ We were invited to try their Devonshire tea and it was spectacular. Chelsea, the owner, brushes freshly made on order scones with salted butter when baking to give them a glorious slightly salted crust. Fluffy insides lend themselves perfectly to a slather of quality thick cream and prize winning home made raspberry jam. <br/ <br/ We tried some iced teas and both were flavourful sweet fruity blends, crafted by Chelsea as well. They could have done without the colourful plastic straws though a vintage patterned paper straw would have suited the vibe a bit better. <br/ <br/ Definitely coming back for the scones, and to try some hot tea next time.
The Tea Rose in Fairfield is a gorgeous little spot with a relaxing atmosphere and lovely staff. We enjoyed our Devonshire tea with freshly baked scones.
A delightful atmosphere and very friendly service. Cannot help but smile when looking around you. The scones were fresh, hot and big. The home made jam delicious. Have been twice and intend going again.<br/
Cute little place near Fairfield station. Came here with my wife to have Devonshire Tea. The ambiance was lovely. The scones are freshly baked to order. They are served alongside with the tea in cute Royal Albert. The lady who served us was very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend coming to this little gem! :
