The restaurant was a great spot for good food, but unfortunately it closed due to the coronavirus.
In Rantsu, they could provide shelter from the rain for their customers if they had a permit. I inquired with locals about obtaining a permit when the café was not open online. Hopefully, fishing regulations will also be available online soon.
