Palau Pacific Resort

Memorable experience. Beautiful Resort! Wonderful staff, wonderful cuisine, wonderful features/amenities. The pool and hot tub are right next to the private beach/cove. Great snorkeling available right there in that cove.

Palau Pacific is a very nice resort hotel in Palau. The property was developed decades ago and could use some refurbishment. Visiting shortly after Covid travel restrictions were lifted, I am sure there has been much financial stress. We ate a number of meals in the hotel. Compared with other options in town, we enjoyed the food options and service, including the morning brunch service. Massage is offered in a series of small secluded structures on the property. My masseuse was phenomenal. The on-site gym could use some TLC. Total stay was 5 nights.

Recently I returned to the Palau Pacific Hotel not to spend a holiday but just to have lunch. I had stayed at this formerly beautiful, well maintained hotel three times before over a 20 year time period and always appreciated my visits. It was such a disappointment to return this time in October, 2023. The deferred maintenance is very obvious and the food in the patio dining area was bland and super overpriced compared to other local Koror town restaurants where we enjoyed really good, reasonably priced meals. I guess this formerly grand hotel has greatly suffered a demise after the bad years of Covid. I hope the owners will be able to restore it to its former glory.

I dream of going back to this resort! The service was amazing and all of the staff members were courteous and professional! The food was delicious and I loved the pool area and the friendly outdoor bar. And to top it off, the beach and reef outside of this hotel have amazing snorkeling! Giant clams, beautiful fish and all types of corals of the most vibrant colors you could ever imagine! The local tour guides on the snorkel boats are truly wonderful. A dream come true to stay at this hotel, and enjoy all of the beauty of Palau. HIGHLY Recommend!

The staff are all lovely and provide excellent service. The resort is on a lovely beach (beaches believe it or not are hard to find in Palau). Rooms are very comfortable, well maintained and serviced well each day. The food from the bar/restaurant is also good and reasonable value compared to restaurants outside the resort.
