Karma Beach Samui - Ko Samui

We spent 5 nights in the pool room at this lovely hotel. It was a relaxing, lush, and comfortable stay. The service was excellent and the staff was very polite, even accommodating our 6-month-old baby. The pool was perfect for our little one. Although the dining was a bit pricey, we still enjoyed our meals every day. There were many "influencing images" around the pool and hotel, which added to the overall experience. It was entertaining to see how the hotel marketed itself to guests.

I did not stay at the resort, but I came for lunch with friends. The burger was delicious and huge. My boyfriend had pizza and he enjoyed it. The atmosphere wasn't really my style as it felt more like a casual goodbye lunch instead of a city vibe. However, the food was tasty. The service was decent, although the female waitress was not particularly friendly. The resort had a nice appearance.

This stunning resort offers superb service and gorgeous decor. Situated right on the beach, it is just a short stroll away from the charming fishing village. The staff, particularly Dave and Queen, were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Overpriced for what they get. we were here for 9 nights. the pool area is beautiful and the whole design to bali style we liked the restaurant staff as they are very attentive and friendly. the way to the hotel is terrible. every day there is an Instagram photo shoot by influencers at the pool. many errors in the room, as the bathroom is not completely isolated. dave (the manager) deserves an increase, he is the highlight of this place

This hotel constantly delivered more than we expected. Even in the stress of our first holiday with our 9 months baby, we felt like home right away. Having traveled a bit, never have I seen such accomodating staff. Ben, Dave, Tchoup, they really make the place into the soft bed of spontaneous hospitality that it is. I can only say thank you to everyone who made this what it is: the perfect holiday we were longing for during our hectic lives.
