Taco Bell - Knoxville

Pulled in to pick up a mobile order and the cashier walked right over and locked the door in front of me and another customer. Cancelled the order and left, enjoy the lost profit.

Absolutely horrible customer service, workers are high and messing up your food. They don't answer the phone at all. Yall need to be out of business, the worst place to spend your money!!

They never get the order right and when you specify you're allergic to something and it doesn't need to be on your food they overload your food with said ingredient. If I could give them a no star rating I would.

Pulled through drive thru to get a order ahead they asked me if I’m sure and told them yeah pulled around , duded handed me my drink and then called my straw a pickiestick and said here’s a handful of giggles and told me he needed a slushy to get me my food super rude of him and needs to grow up or needs to be wrote up also was sauce everywhere out of the wrapping ?‍?‍

Ordered carryout through the app. Got to the store and they were drive thru only and 15 cars deep. Knocked on the door and asked the employee if they could just hand me my food since it was already prepared and paid for and sitting on the counter. He refused. Then asked if they could just cancel and he just shrugged and said he wasn't sure. So I had to wait 30 minutes in line for an order I'd placed and had prepared an hour ago. Ridiculous. Why have carryout options if your workers lock the lobby in the afternoon?
