Asia Cafe - Knoxville

Delicious sushi! Huge portions! My family absolutely loves this place. There is a huge menu and service is fast and courteous! The owners are super friendly and the staff feels like family ???? They have 3 sections of restaurant, hibachi, sit down boothsand tables, and a bar atmosphere with karaoke as well. Definitely the best in Knoxville for your buck!

Delicious food and friendly staff. However I did find a particularly disgusting insect in my food and I feel pretty confident that it was cooked in my meal because I found wings, limbs, and then the hard ?shell? of a small cockroach thought my peppersteak. Pic is from the first time I ate there. Pepper steak cockroach incident was a takeout order I made on my second timeeating there. No way to know if that was an isolated incident so I won?t be going back, but if you want to chance it the pricesare very reasonable and the food really does taste delicious. ???????????

I was craving for some Vietnamese beef pho and stopped by here for the first time with my friend for lunch. The restaurant was very odd at how they divided into 3 different sections, a hibachi area, a dining area, and a bar area. It was such a weirdlayout. Anyway, I ordered my beef pho and when it came out I was super disappointed because in my noodle bowl came with only 2thin small slices of beef. They were being super stingy with my meat. Not only that, they gave me a few bean sprouts and 3 smallleaves of basil which looked very stale. They have such a big menu of so many different types of food/dishes that I don't thinkthey even bother to cook or prepare all their foods right. I tried out this restaurant two times already and was not satisfiedwith the food I ordered so I will definitely not coming back here anymore.

I'll start with the positive. The service was some of the best I've ever received. The staff is so friendly. I was absolutely impressed with their hospitality. Now for the negative. The food was really bad. The calamari was cooked in old oil. The tofucurry was very bland. Not the least bit spicy. We also had roast duck that was lackluster at best. Very little meat. Mostlybones and cartilage. Not a pleasant experience.

Asia Cafe is a great place to dine out. The prices are reasonable, the staff is professional yet personable. Their menu is huge, Habachi, Sushi, or the Asian cuisine. Great all around experience and highly recommended
