Bidrage med feedbackWe had dinner there in a group. the place was not busy. 5 different waitresses showed themselves to take orders to bring drinks in stages over 10 minutes, did not seem to speak to each other (we have told a waitress what was missing, two others brought wrong. Drink each). that did not match our expectations and does not go along with a 4-star location. eating was absolutely okay, the size of the portions was good. prices are slightly higher, but acceptable overall. they offer day combs that are cheap.
Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast with diverse offered and central location to the world bodypainting festival and nearby restaurants and bars.
This hotel in the heart of the beautiful town Klagenfurt is located in a historic and preserved building, however the rooms are spacious and modern. Everything you need including a safe. The staff is friendly and service is only a question away. Breakfast buffet offers...healthy alternatives like fresh fruit and plain yoghurt and traditional bread and toppings. Don't forget to try the local cheese. As this is not a straightforward square hotel with dito layout, like newly build hotels, there are many ways to get to your room using different routes using stairs or the centrally located elevator. I really enjoyed that.
This restaurant is one of the most traditional and best-established in town. Service is good and attentive, prices are decent and food is consistently of good quality. It does not look like your average hotel restaurant, but the decor is still rather boring and nothing...to write home about. It's a reliable place where you get value for money.
The restauranr Sandwirt hidden behind the bar on the ground floor is comfortable .We are happy to find cotton serviettes"on the table rather than paper napkins.Dinner is very good and starts with a boiled beef carpacci followed by .a well prepared sander fish garnished with...roasted potatoes and vegetables in ratatouille.Dessert was a chocolate cake.I have experimented two local red wines, cabernet sauvignon and merlot, equally excellent but parts of an expensive wine list. Courteous and helpful service
