Tim Hortons - Kitchener

The fastest tim horton’s drive thru in kw. they are proud of order accuracy and speed, although sometimes to the disadvantage of healthy human understanding, when I had thrown my serviettes and straws at me to close my order as quickly as possible and get to the next customer!

Friday afternoon shift (mai 27) at 3:30 was not impressed by the service of the girl working she refused to give me her name obviously because she was aware of her ignorance - she claimed she was so rude because there were only 2 girls who did not have the debt of public, if in fact only 2 work that would be ridiculous) but the customers who wait in I will not visit these tim hortons again because this individual who has been quite rude for more than one occasion on the afternoon shift

Somebody Please kick Judy off the drive thru window ... I've never met such an ignorant and rude individual as her, and go out of my way if possible to avoid going to this location. She often is extremely short and impatient with customers, and almost throws the order at you and gets pretty irritated if you hesitate or ask a question.

The service has gone downhill, I had my eating just dropped on the counter, not even placed, they went away because they forget to do a mobile order. for someone who waits half an hour for an ice-cream and then, when I asked for a bag, I have a really rude waiting time. it wasn't even busy. I'll never be back. these are the worst tim hortons in the city. the drive-thru is not better for my experience. most of the samstages. there is a dame that carries out your coffee in your car as soon as possible. it is only annoying, especially on a Saturday morning

I understand that drive thru has to move at a decent speed to keep the flow going but having my changw , food and drink practically thrown at me and when I don't gran the next thing fast enough the woman repeats what she is holding like I'm not moving quick enough for her . All while I'm just trying to out the loose change away before it ends up on the floor on my vehicle. My bagel was barly toasts and had little butter either!!! Horrible service
