Bidrage med feedbackI went through the Drive-Thru to order the new 7 later Nacho-Fries. the person at the headset sounded like “about her”. wing to the window to pay and pick up my food. I said fortunately hallo and he didn't even say anything, but took my card from my hand and pushed my bag at the same time. He didn't say anything when he returned it, even though I said, "they have a great night." what really succeeded me was the fact that my Nacho-Fritten court was only 2/3 full, there was no guacamole, and it was cold. I usually love Taco bell, but tonight it wasn't.
The slowest “fast” food in the state. I only wish that I were a little more health conscious or a little less obsessed with grilled cheese burritos so I could avoid this place. Whether or not the lobby is open is a shot in the dark, and half the time they decide to close early with no warning. And don’t trust the app to tell you when these changes are made, it is never up to date. Two stars because on this visit one of the employees started carrying prepaid orders out to the drive thru line once they got to the speaker, thanks man! Probably only because it’s 45 degrees tonight, not a new policy lol. In conclusion, it’s just Taco Bell food, which I think is pretty good assuming they get your order right. Just give it a pass if you can think of literally anything else in kirksville you could eat.
I'm gonna be real, this particular taco bell used to be pretty good. Here these past few months, though, they haven't been able to get an order right for anyone I know. There have been COUNTLESS times I've ordered something to be specifically removed from or paid more for something to be added to a dish, and the change just isn't made.
I’ve been here for at least ten minutes and the line in front of me has only moved twice. By this location’s standards that is quick service, however, and this is the shortest I’ve seen the line lately. It’s certainly better than the time I ordered on the app to this store, only to arrive after driving from Queen City (15 miles out of town) and be told they are out of what I ordered. Or the many nights I’ve pulled up to find a new piece of printer paper taped to the speaker citing their management’s decision to randomly close early that night. Although nearly every Taco Bell franchisee shares what is a seemingly cultural-if-not-corporate enforced apathetic policy around quality of service and product, never in my life have I experienced one with this level of consistent audacity and lack of accountability. By the way, I am still in line.
Staff was friendly but that's about where the positives end. Messed up my meal, paid for supreme and got regular. Forgot our cups, had to ask for them. Forgot my coffee, had to ask for it. Several drink mixes were bad, so had to dump all our chosen drinks and just got everyone pepsi. The Baja blast was clear! The mango and dragonfruit teas were both gross. The kitchen staff was blasting country music and singing along while pop music played in the lobby, so it was overwhelming with noise. They were cleaning tables pretty quickly after people left, so that was nice but the booths and walls looked very dirty. Oh, another positive were the order tablet things. That was nice, and while most places have those now, I wasn't expecting it here when I came inside. And I also liked that they used my name everytime they talked to me since it was on my order. That was cool. But we don't get to actually eat inside a fast food place very often so it was really disappointing to have so many things go wrong.
