Nice little mom and pop place. The staff is super friendly and the food is good!

First time there today 03-21-24. Stopped in for lunch..party of three. My girlfriend ordered an over priced chicken combo and had to pay separate for her drink. Our friend order the meatloaf combo and meatloaf was dry at lunch time. Was it yesterday's? So I ordered the double cheeseburger over priced with crinkle fries and drink..came with combo. I had to take my cheese burger to go because my girlfriend and friend had finished before my burger was done and it was not a double cheeseburger it was one burger and tasted like the grill wasn't clean and it was cold. Hopefully I won't get ill.

I will be stopping again if you are in Kinston give give Byrd's Restaurant a try. You will be happy or should I say full. ?

Great local spot for breakfast and lunch. Quick counter order for biscuits and plates. Fast service. Tasty. Friendly.

I really love the cheese biscuits! They are the best in town!! The only reason I gave the food 4 ? instead of 5 is because they deep fry the bacon. Which I am not a fan of. Other than that it is really great!
