Bidrage med feedbackThai amarin is a regular favorite it is quite a spacious restaurant and in contrast to many canberra places, is not too loud for a relaxed evening meal. eating is reliable delicious, especially because I am gluten-free and vegetarian, and they always manage to make great meals that I can eat. I'm usually not dessert, but I was tried to taste the homemade cocosnusseis that showed sensationality. I can see that I eat something more!
I have ever eaten the worst, expensive, tasteless and tiny portions. ordered garne with sweet touch. the court was very small with only 4 small garnels, sweet were raw cabbage and carrots with a few small pieces baby mais. sauce was tasteless and I had to add extra soy and chili to house as it was gone. terrible, rugged, otherwise they will be disappointed as I was.
Stay away. unauthentic, expensive, ****! must be one of the worse Thai restaurants I've ever been to. it begins all with what an old Chinese restaurant is converted into a Thai restaurant with cheap looking Thai decoration, not Thai personal dressed in cheap outfits. then the meal meets the table eating is tasteless, they get a better taste of a package meal that they buy in coles. never again would I rather starve, was a total embarrassment for me and my guests and a very strange experience. .. would not even give it 1 star!
Hidden gem. Unassumingly tucked into the corner of green square, Thai Amarin serves some of Canberra's most authentic and best value Thai food, all complete with the slightly tacky Thai decor :
Best Thai I've had! Had the money bags, quail and the crying tiger and coconut rice! Super fresh and super tasty. Good quality and perfect quantity. Service was excellent and fast delivery! Will be going back again and again!
