Bidrage med feedbackWe really enjoyed our visit to TGI Fridays, mostly because of the service. I have to thank our waiter Michael for being so fabulous! He was so friendly, attentive and went above and beyond. He really made our night a great experience, I wish every waiter was like him. Hopefully we see him again next time we visit!
My kids (who have all grown up) love this place. The food is ok but overpriced for the end result. The service was great, and they were very attentive to the drink refills. I just think the menu is shallow and the burgers a bit ordinary. I cannot offer any suggestions to fix it other than better buns and fully cooked meat.
I have been a regular customer here along with my friends and family. And last night we never felt more disgusted by the service. There was 8 of us, and it was not that busy. The staff were lounging around, anyway we were seated in the most awkward place ever towards the back and felt crammed together. As they've changed the menu, added things and took things away you'd think they'd offer to go through it with us. But no, the staff were not friendly as they usually are did not see the regular staff that are usually there. Anyway the food came, the pasta was bland food was not that great this time round? Did you change the chefs too? Not just that we had to keep looking and flagging down staff as they did not bother coming up to us to even see if the food was okay or if we needed more drinks. We had to ask for drinks, then we had to ask for the dessert menu then we had to ask them to CLEAR the table to prepare for our desserts. There was no end to our frustration. We saw staff plenty of staff but none were going up to anyone asking if they were okay. What happened to your friendly service??? There was two girls gossiping by the kitchen near the toilets. & OH MY GOD the toilets were absolutely disgusting. It was in such an absolute state last night. I could not believe this was the same TGI. The staff were unbelievably shocking. I hope you change this if you want to restore your name... the time was 5.30 onwards. Everyone on this shift were terrible need to work on your people skills and manners. & better customer service skills. You did not deserve the surcharge.
We dined here with a group of 20 for a team dinner. We were very disappointed with the quality of the burgers served at your Cheltenham restaurant. The meat was small in size compared to the bun which was not large, the cheese appeared microwaved and had melted to a liquid consistency. Chips were cold. $25+ was just too much to pay for what was offered. To further complicate matters our group of 20 were unable to split the bill which is something we have done in the past (it was a team dinner). This meant an extra half an out at the end of the night collecting money from everyone and trying to sort out change for each person.Overall it was a very disappointing night out. A lot of the families who dined with us are not very well off and going out for dinner was a special treat which was very much looked forward to.Very disappointing experience overall. We will not be back.
Second visit inside a few weeks.We shared the calamari for an appetizer the we had the BBQ ribs and smoked Scotch fillet for our mains. The Service was really great and the food was amazing!We're going to have to wait till next month to come back and use our new entertainment book vouchers!Dammit!
