Satori Sushi - Kingston upon Thames

This is an excellent sushi restaurant. My favourite go to place for an informal but of exceptional quality every time. An absolute bargain and a real find.

Looked it up on line said open till 18:00hrs- arrived 17:06hrs- and told closed. Closed an hour before it says online. Disappointed turned away. Why put open till 18:00hr? What restaurant closes an hour before they say they do?

I ordered a salmon maki and a chicken noodle soup miso, which came to a total of around £9.35. The maki was delicious and the soup was flavorful with water chestnut, tasty chicken, and fresh leaves. The combination of sweet, salty, and tangy flavors was perfect. I believe that the slightly higher prices at Satori are justified by the quality of the food. I would highly recommend Satori Kingston for providing delicious food in a nice and reasonably priced setting. I also suggest taking advantage of their 5 Plates for £15 offer on Mondays. I will definitely be returning, possibly with friends. I will also be posting this review on Google and TripAdvisor, along with a picture of my partially eaten meal.

The food was mediocre and overpriced, with smaller portions than expected. I left the restaurant feeling hungry, and paid £47 for two people. You can find better quality and value at the Kingston food market, where you can enjoy a lunch set for just £6.

Lovely food and great staff very pleasant place to eat and a very good atmosphere and reasonably priced
