Mcdonald's - Kingston

Cold French fries and miniscule chicken in our sandwiches makes this place a no go.Step it up McDonald's as there are lots of other choices.

Food is as expected, but if you order ahead there is always a wait and orders mixed up.

By far the slowest McDonald's in Massachusetts. The Drive Thru wait time is normally 20 minutes or more. Ridiculous. The food is usually cold. The service is meh.

The fact that I paid $13 for a breakfast meal is absolutely ridiculous. Robbery just to get a disgustingly burnt breakfast sandwich that isn’t even the size of my palm. The worst part is is that it wasn’t even a teenager who provided this food to me. It was a grown adult who served me inedible food.Totally understandable fast food isn’t the most healthiest thing, but this is unacceptable to serve to people if you do not want to work where you want to work nobody’s forcing you to work there and ruin peoples ONE AND only meal of the day.

Can't call this fast food. 20 minutes to get a coke fries and ice cream. There were only 4 other people in the place so there is no excuse. Staff more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. Only positive was it was relatively clean
