There's a video of this location using a mop to clean the pizza ovens and then the mop is placed into a bucket and used on the floor. I will never return to this location again and this will be reported. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

TL;DR: Food decent, but very slow. If you have a complaint, it will be dealt with very poorly. And staff do not wash hands inbetween tasks and handle food. Food is usually decent but add another 10 minutes on to what the tracker says. They have never had it ready when they should. While waiting for my food, there were 3 complaints which were handled poorly. First Lady seemed to order a topping on the side, it was put on the pizza. The staff dealing with her was extremely rude to her, did not understand her complaint, and raised his voice to her. Second lady said she phoned in her order, they did not seem to have a record of her order. Staff kept saying she clearly made a mistake, even though she said she only orders there. Third lady said she did not want fries with her combo, that brought a lot of confusion to the staff. Same lady also brought up that staff was going through their garbage to look for the 2nd ladies order, then touching food, without washing their hands. This also brought up confusion to staff.

In the evening i order pizza and the taste is not good. Whenever i order pizza from Bath road branch they never make a good pizza and when i order pizza from downtown branch its very tasty. So, the guys in bath road branch in the evening shift is not making good pizzas. Price per person: CA$20–30 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
