North Italia - King of Prussia

Everything was on site. The entrance is located outside the building directly next to the main gate and parking, so it was easy to park and access. Great room. Friendly staff.

I made reservations for a party of 6 and we came on Sunday, 21. August 2022 at 1:00 and sat immediately. The host didn't look pleasant and happy to see us. The restaurant itself is very clean and has a huge free space. Our problem started and ended with our waiter, L. forgot his name (irrelevant anyway, as he forgot about us all the time) but remembered his entire appearance, demeanor and customer service skills. He has a sharp beard and wore Denim with dark pants from head to foot. He ran through the specials in a monotonous voice as if he told us to go while we still had the chance. Drinks were ordered and the $13 glazed Italian donut French toast came in 15 minutes. He said he'd get us plates, forget, and another waitress got us plates ten minutes later, the time that happened, the food was cold. We ordered our food in 30 minutes. Well, whatever, it was busy. Our group rated the food 7/10 as the chicken parm was delicious. However, the parmesan rigatoni was cold and bland. Every time we asked for a refill, or a bag, or check, our beautiful waiter would make a round around the whole restaurant, talk to people, stop ten minutes, watch football, make eye contact with me and walk. Our favorite part was when he got us, stopped watching football, getting a bag, watching football, ringing us, repeatedly turning his head back to see football and finally we go. If we need something, it took at least ten minutes to get his short attention span. Nobody looks happy to be there, so why? We have still tilted 20%, regardless of how it is still a service, but none of us will return there or recommend people. Why still waste time and not even enjoy us? minus four stars for customer service, waiting time and saving the best for the last of our beautiful waiter, L.

Great ambience. Good service. We didn't know they served only on Sunday brunch, but they were very accommodating and gave us a lunch menu.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The ambience was fresh and modern. The food was amazing. I would definitely come back to try other things. Below: The bathrooms were rough and water was everywhere.

Great atmosphere at this Italian eatery, variety of food and drink choices. Sparkling Rosé Sangria to top off the brunch. Definitely returning next time.
