Chili's Grill - King of Prussia

Went there for late lunch yesterday with my husband. Che(Shay) was our server and she was phenomenal. Service was great, food was great, she was super kind, friendly, nice and patient. Our order came in very fast too and it was delicious. My husband is obsessed with Chili’s and we’ve always liked KoP Chili’s but our server is definitely the reason we’ll be visiting more often.

Take out food was good and it came right out when i arrived

Went in on a Friday night right before 9pm. The bartender kept disappearing, ordered wings, were undercooked. She took them back asked if I wanted something else. I ordered nachos. The nachos looked like a child made them and probably were sitting for a while before they were served to me. I didn’t have a drink or water and again the bartender disappeared. I saw her in the back on her phone. Tried to get two people’s attention but failed. Finally, a gentleman taking out trash saw me trying to wave and get a staff member’s attention. I told him about the nachos and that I wanted another drink and some water. He got me water and informed the bartender. She was nice enough to not charge me for the wings and the nachos (which I had one bite of), but I came home hungry at 10:30. Worst service and even worst food quality! Tried calling the restaurant and reaching out to a manager for 3 days. Saturday Sunday they said the manager was “unavailable” to talk but even on a Monday, they kept the phone aside twice for 20 minutes and I could hear everyone talking. How inconsiderate of them! Spend your money elsewhere guys!
