Castro’s Surf N Turf - King City

Quick stop off highway 101 on our way to Monterey nice staff and tasty food.

Stopped by this nice little spot. The fish tacos were huge and delicious in the Baja style. We also got a surf and turf plate. It was delicious and probably could have fed two!

I’m giving this place all stars, the food fresh and tasty , why get fast food at chain restaurants when you can get fresh and fast if you gotta take it out. Super friendly young fellas that greets you with a smile, single ladies you would like) polite and repeated the order as he was entering it. Asked specific questions, “red or green sauce on the side or inside the burrito “, why not do both! They earned a big tip and they were fast! Hot tasty burritos the classics) deserved 5 stars just for being delicious . Defiantly come back next time I’m traveling through on 101 since I didn’t have time for the cold beer or $5 margaritas! Best fish tacos I've had in a long while. They taste amazing, and they double up on the corn tortillas so they don't fall apart on you.

Ordered the Fish n Shrimp burrito bowl, flavor was excellent and well proportioned. My wife ordered the mango salad and enjoyed it. The food tends towards the spicy side which I loved but be sure to ask for sauce on the side if you don't like spicy. The Baja sauce is a safe option if you don't like sauce.
