Wendy's - Killeen

I came here today to eat an employee behind the counter a burger or sandwich, lick her fingers and touch the food she serves the customer! Other customers in the store caught on it. On photos. The one I circled in blue was the one food and touching food she served the customer!

Laziest workers who will make up any excuse to not serve you, won't be returning and suggest everyone just go to in n out next door

I love Wendy's. Their food is great, but this visit wasn't exactly pleasant. Flies everywhere, their ketchup center isn't fully stocked.

Children work very loud, unprofessional, play round, while customers wait for their food, the entire restaurant floor is dirty with food and garbage on the floor. Tables are sticky and unwiped. Fountain area is unorderly and without ice in the ice dispenser. The food was cold when we got it. I don't think there's a manager to control her crowd.

The customer service was terrible. They got my order wrong and instead of listening and trying to cooperate with me the manger had a complete attitude with me and barely let me talk and I still left with only 1 of the things fixed. I would never come to this Wendy’s again it left such a bad taste in my mouth
