Bidrage med feedbackDerzeit dürfte das Ahlmanns die sicher feinste kulinarische Adresse Kiels sein. Es wurde Zeit, dass Kiel ein Restaurant dieses Rangs aufweisen kann.
Junges, freches Team (das meine ich im Positiven), dem noch etwas der Schliff eines 1-Stern-Restaurants fehlt (Service, Eventmanagement). Den Ehrgeiz sollte man noch entwickeln. Der Chef-de-Cuisine muss nicht nur gut kochen, was er durchaus tut, sondern auch unterhalten, wenn er die Runde durch das Restaurant macht. Gleiches gilt für sein Serviceteam.
Den Empfehlungen des Restaurantspersonal sollte man folgen. Dass Steak mit einer Garzeit von ca. 13 Stundens sollte man verscuhen, es zergeht auf der Zunge
The restaurant is a nice, small, cute room. The service is pretty bad and the wine selection is terrible and poor.The plates are a joke: incredibly small. Generally when you taste a small plate that is delicious, precious while in this case it's just small.The most annoying part however is that, if you are a group of 6 people, everyone needs to select in advance the main course. We did. Then they sent us an updated menu and we had to choose again. Once we were there, we were informed that some plates in the section "main course" were actually appetizer (e.g., the prawns mentioned in the main course is actually A prawn). We had to revise our choices (again!).Overall the food is not that bad but surely a Michelin star sounds like a joke.
Incomprensibile come si possa concedere una stella Michelina a un ristorante privo di una carta dei vini assolutamente inadeguata; il menù è disorganizzato, con gli appetizers nella stessa lista dei main courses, il servizio non merita menzioni particolari.le pietanze sono comunque ben cucinate e apprezzabili, le porzioni sono lilliputziane.alla fine il prezzo risulta ingiustificatamente alto.
