Bidrage med feedbackGreat little cafe in Kerrville. The vegan options are excellent! And very much appreciated, especially in Kerrville where vegan options are limited. I will absolutely be returning.
The Carrot Patch is a must try.....if you live in Kerriville and have never been you are missing out. I am glad my daughter found this gem when on our way out. The customer service is great and must I say the food is healthy and amazing at least whatwe ordered. I did not get a pic of my daughters food but she was satisfied. The health store has great friendly customerservice. The snacks my daughter picked up although healthy they did crave our sweet tooth urges so that alone is amazing. Irecommend going to both. You never know you may love it again if you live in Kerriville you should definitely be supportingthese two local businesses. I know I would if they were in my town.
I really love this place for lunch! The food is fantastic, and some of my favorites are the homemade Buffalo chili and the garlic herb Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap, which I like to have with added alpha sprouts. It’s absolutely delicious! Dorothy, the restaurant manager, is incredibly sweet and accommodating. I also find the cucumber water to be very refreshing—I really enjoy it. Definitely give this place a try; you won’t be disappointed! They also offer a variety of salads, fresh homemade smoothies, and vegan options.
We had paninis, and they were fantastic! We also enjoyed the corn chips. The restaurant has a nice local vibe, and the service was adequate.
They also offer complimentary cucumber water, which tasted surprisingly fresh—even for someone like me who usually doesn't enjoy cucumber water. The buffalo chili soup was also very good, certainly above average. The atmosphere is lovely—clean and casual, and the restaurant is attached to a store with a similar vibe and food options, so you can browse while you wait. There were only two people handling the cooking and the register, but that may have been due to our visit being slightly after lunchtime. The lady at the register was incredibly nice; she made my day! She was friendly and engaging without being intrusive, and she checked in to see if I enjoyed my meal or if I needed anything else. I wanted to order ice cream for dessert, and when I asked for two scoops (at just $1 per scoop!), she insisted their scoops were too small and ended up giving me about five scoops! To my surprise, she told me I didn't have to pay for it and just to enjoy my Saturday. I will definitely be encouraging anyone in the area to visit this spot. It was the absolute opposite of a bad experience!
