C - Yorktown

The food was just meh. $20 for a few pieces of steak inside a tortilla, come on. The customer service was just awful. It took 34 minutes just to order the food! The staff were very short and snippy, not warm and welcoming at all. The atmosphere was overwhelmingly loud. The music was blasting out of the speaker like a night club, we couldn't hear ourselves over it. When asked if they could turn it down, we were relieved when it got quiet, but within a minute it was back on and even louder! We will not be returning.

We had a hard time explaining what we wanted because it seems like most of the employees don't speak English. Food was very good...

We are regular customers, at least come in once a month. Service always good,and food as well . However, this time my food was spoiled, Beans were so bad and when I referred to the lady was attending us, she just said uhh, let me take it away! Should at least offering a different item. Just a thought!

I love this place. Been going here since I was a teen im 35 now I’ve never experienced anything bad. I do miss the all you can eat, tho :

We love Cinco's! The wait staff are always so friendly. The food comes out quick and it's always good. We've been coming here a long time and never had a bad meal!
