Overall, it was an attractive visit, especially in my mind the creative combination of gooseberry with corn (as cream) and apple, the meaty red bar in a mushroom egg with the beans (the best tasting plate) as well as the somewhat ordinary but nevertheless very well made and delicious vegetable cakes. Overall, however, I missed some of the highlights here and there, be it product quality or good taste apart from the red bar. Guide Michelin evaluates with a star, I would have seen it very easily on the basis of our visit, rather at 14 15 points. Bonus has earned the restaurant by not handmade mistakes and meet all cooktops.
The food is light and original, the wine card well stocked, the prices favorable. A lucky case among the inns!
