Burger King - Keokuk

Was clean and restroom was clean as well. Food was good and hot. Serve was good.

The older woman who took my order made me repeat it like 5 times, she had a horrible attitude and doesn't need to be working directly with the public! She had the attitude that very much showed she felt like I was bothering her. When my order was ready I asked for some mayonnaise and mustard she rudely informed me they had no packets of either. I should have asked her to get a little cup of each from the person preparing the food but by this time I was so disgusted with her attitude I let it go! Mainly because I knew I will NEVER go to this Burger King again and her nasty attitude was not going to mess up my day! She really needs a lesson on customer service or needs to work in the back away from customers!!!!!

Got food we didn't order fries were burnt will not be going back to fairfield to burger king

Food was good. The employee that waited on us needed more information on a regular special. Probably needed more training.
