Brimfield Family Steakhouse - Kent

I love this restaurant every time I go to the doctor up at Kent or Akron I go there for lunch or breakfast the food is always so good.

My husband and I have taken our 5 teenagers there many times and the food and service was excellent and the waitress's are nice. We would highly reccomend this place!

I have never waited that long, they do get packed so I expect a wait when a restaurant is busy. The food is also home style cooked so it will take lon get than your typical chain that has everything prepared and frozen. Iy is worth the wait. The staff is happy and the place is clean, not to mention, the food is fresh and tasty!

Went there for the first time after new owners took over. It has been updated nicely, the waitstaff seem very happy, and food was well prepared. Definately home style cooking. My husband and I enjoyed a nice helping of chicken cordon Bleu, very tasty! We will make this a regular stop again.

Went there Friday night. It took 11/2 hours to get our food. Not once did a waitress offer to refill our drinks. My wife got a steak and a baked potato. Had to ask for a steak knife. They served it with a butter knife! When my wife cut into her potato it had black mold spots in it. Sent it back and waited another 20 minutes for another one. The people beside us waited 30 minutes for an order of onion rings! We counted no less than 10 people that walked out. We should have to! What a disaster!!!
