Pizza Hut - Kenedy

Do not order from Kenedy Pizza Hut. I ordered delivery and then an hour later I got a call from the Pizza Hut that I had to come pick up my pizza, there was no one to deliver it and they sure did charge me for delivery and did not give me the money back.

Dining in tonight was a joke! Two families came in after mine, we waiting 20 minutes before we even got our drinks! While these other families got served drinks and their pizza order came out while we’re still waiting for ours to even come out. This is very disappointing Pizza Hut! Your staff needs to do better. I understand times have changed but wow, this is horrible service to dine in. I gave a two star because the pizza here is usually editable. I’ve spent a lot of money at this location but tonight’s visit which was a 13 year olds birthday was a horrible experience for him and the rest of my family whom came tonight. Found out it was the Good morning. who served every Hispanic table, personally while leaving us to sit there.

Overpriced 75.00 for lg stuff crust pizza, 18 wings, and 4 drinks. I did math on the app. Should have been 62.00. It was so packed and like 3 guys working. No itemized receipt. So please order from the app. Or avoid all together.

The deep-dish pan pizzas really hit the spot. I only wish I could eat there more often!

I see the improvement in quality keep up the good work. Customer service is great even when slammed it's understandable. Good work
