Burger King - Kenedy

Our orders are always correct. Made fresh and really tasty! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great all around experience which is hard to come by nowadays.

Waited in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes. Lobby was empty and 1 car in front of us. The 2 cars behind us just left. Food was decent. Kind of warm, definitely not hot. The best part of the meal was the Hershey pie.

Longest wait i have ever experienced in a drive thru. At least 15 minutes. There were only 2 cars in front of me. 1250 pm on a Wednesday.Well we thought with this long of wait at least the food will be hot. Nope. Burgers cold, cheese not even a hint of melt. Fries cold. Ugh. Where is local management?? Hey Burger King corporate this place needs help. Is your regional management asleep? Geez

This place is straight trash. One comment said the drive thru might take a little long , this was a huge understatement. No one even bother with trying to order. One car in front of me and I waited for 15mins, before I left.

This place is awful. Didn't get greeted when taking our order. The girl by the name of Desiree shouldn't even be behind the counter. I asked for a #1 plain and dry with cheese and didn't get cheese then I asked her if the wraps are good and she said I don't eat nothing from this damn place and then just handed me the receipt very hateful and then when went to ask for the cheese for my burger she handed me the burger like up to my face. Last the drink station is always out of all the drinks
