Can Blue Juice - Katoomba

This place is awesome! I was up at the Blue Mountains for a week as I was on holiday there. This was definitely my favourite shop up there. I ordered milk tea with pearls. It is to die for! The pearls taste so good and fresh, the tea is perfect in everyway, and it was only $5.00 for a medium and was a good fair size. Unfortunately I live in Newcastle so it will be a while until I am able to go back to this awesome shop. This is a must stop location for Bubble Tea lovers. And the Employees are great and friendly! The best bubble tea I've ever had, the black pearl or some call it black bubbles, is the best I've ever had they were soft right through to the middle and the tea flavour was incredible. One of two problems is that paper straws are disgusting, they are not good with bubbles or anything for that matter so go with plastic, don't forget plastic is also recyclable too. The other thing is the staff wear masks so it's hard to understand them.

What a fantastic little juice bar! Took my son, we had a watermelon strawberry juice, and a lemon mint juice. I had to double check with the owner as the juice was so fresh that there was nothing else added. Fresh fruit, great options to choose, friendly staff. Lovely little Japanese touches around the shop. Cannot go wrong visiting this place.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! i have been a frequent costumer at cab blue since 2019, and it is the BEST bubble tea store i’ve ever been to. it has an amazing variety of menu items. i couldn’t recommend canblue enough! 10/10

I was a bit skeptical when I first passed by, but this place is actually super cute and delicious! They specialize in juice, but they make good boba too. They also have little cute things like earrings that you can buy, and post-it notes that you can draw on and stick on the wall.
