Bali Asli - Karangasem

This restaurant was a great experience and the food tasted yummy. They offer a tasting menu and a set menu. I asked for the set menu (4 dishes) and they made them vegan.

The staff kindly offered us to make all the dishes from the menu completely vegan. It was absolutely delicious ! The service was excellent and the view from the restaurant is amazing ! Overall an extremely positive experience !

If you are in the karangasem area and looking for one of a kind Balinese food experience, this is the place you want to be. Bali asli used organic and home grown ingredients, refined and elevated Balinese cuisine into a world class dining experience, and with gorgeous view on top on that. Ibu Penny and her team really brings out the best of Bali to international audiences. I went here a few time already and always great experience, staff is friendly and helpful. My favorite part is the view from the guest restroom-best seat in the house. I recommend their homemade ginger beer, also bring many friends so you can try their megibung package-which is an experience in itself. For those who incline to get some adventure, Bali asli also offers hiking trip and cooking class. My last trip here is with Friends from Ethiopia, and thanks to Bali Asli, they got an amazing first experience with Balinese food

We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at Bali Asli. The food is organically produced, the location is jaw dropping, and the staff were fantastic. So good, I have been recommending the lunch, and the street food tour ever since!
