La Tour Cafe - Kapolei

We went to Oahu from Oklahoma and came back to La Tour because we loved it a few years ago. The staff this evening (6/29/21) was nice, so friendly and helpful! Our food was delicious. Our children ordered Mac n cheese and they loved it! We had a pastry, I can't remember how to spell it... but it was like a sweet and sticky Cresent that was so good after he had eaten it, he now says that my life is complete! At the request of our son we come back tomorrow!

Delicious! I ordered the Wagyu melt and garlic-pommes frits. The melt had super buttery roasted bread, Wagyu beef, Cheddar, grilled onions and Jalapeños. I had the Jalapeños on the side if they were too hot. I tried it with and without the Jalapeños. I'm not a spicy fan, but it was perfect with the Jalapeños, gave him the right mix of taste. The onions were well grilled without being muddy. The garlicries had a lot of garlic and butter on them. With all the butter and garlic, the fries were not mush yet. Enough fries in a order for 2-3 people to share, just ask for more than 3 packages of ketchup, that's all I get for this box of frits. I would definitely recommend this place. The staff was friendly and kept the Kovid distance rules. They smiled at me, which seems rare for customer service in Hawaii.

I love their food. It is simple but extremely tasteful and their Macaroons are delicious
